hi all .. here is what i had yesterday.... hope you all are good and healthy.... here is what i had yesterday... B-1 c. special k cereal 1 c. skim milk L-1 philly- gourmet steak 1 slice lite wheat bread 1/2 c. pork and beans 1/2 c. sf strawberry jello D- 1/2 c. mac and cheese 1 hot dog 1/2 c. applesauce S- 6 ritz hearty wheat crackers 2 T. simply jif peanut butter total calories 1374, fats 58, carbs 161, protein 61 i walked 43 minutes outside and got some nice red skin now.... also drank over 80 ozs of water Anita

Ok i have not done this in soooooo long...... B........ 1/2 banana dannon fit and lite yougart L....south western salad....the whole thing took a while but ate it all w/ lite balsmic dressing.....didnt take the chips...... S........some peanuts trail mix..... D.....didnt have yet since i did todays food...... dont know the calories cause i stopped counting them.....drank 6 glasses of water........ Ran a mile this morning ...will walk 45 minutes tonight.....

you look great darlene.... what are you 100 pounds... oh i count calories and carbs the social worker tried to tell me dont worry about carbs abd calories.. she is nuts.... it looks good what you ate... anita

Yeah you gotta watch social wokers they are nutty poeple....... i weigh about 135 .....i think...lol....i dont weigh every day any more.. 1 time a week...i dont count calories cause we mal absorb any ways....I do watch what i eat EVERY STINKIN DAY....lol...dinner will be protein and a veggie......and a 45 minute walk.......my medical doc says my weight is fine...... my Gastric bypass doc wants me at 115 lbs............. heck the last time i was 115 lbs i was 8 years old........... iam 48 i wear a size 4-6 and 135lbs works for me...iam happy......................thats what maters...

well at 135 you look so good. i am 164 pounds i hope to se emy goal of 150 might go less after i hit that goal but not at this moment.. oh man i dont think i ever saw 115 pounds. oh course i must of been a kid...i just think 115 is too skinny.... but you have to be happy with what you are right.... keep up the good work. anita

Anita, Hello hun ~hugs~ Been a while, lets see what I had yesterday: B= Archiev One Protein/Coffee Drink S= Buttered Roll Carb Craving Monster!, 1 string cheese L= Tuna salad on 1 slice Oat Flatbread, 1/4 pickle, 12 grapes S= 1 pk PB cheese crackers D= 3 oz grilled chicken over mixed salad with dressing S= 3 pretzel Sticks Only 24 oz water, 24 oz Diet Coke All my sups plus Iron No exercise OK I think that is my bad eating day but it is here anyways....... Anita, Yeah that is how I have to see it now, I am not perfect every day but as long as I am always trying to get there. Thanks for your kind words on the pic, I really do like taking pics now but I just do not wear my makeup all the time so when I do I try to take the pic Debra P

nope we are not perfect.. i mess up too.... then i beat myself up but like others told me tommorow is a new day... i'm a kind person.. yeah if i get my pic taken i want to be wearing my contacts and makeup. hubby took pics of me on easter sunday but there are still in his cam..... grrrr......

Whoah Deb I just realized who you were... when I popped in on this thread before, I saw your post, looked at your avatar and read your post... then on to the next.
