Vitamin Question

Okay so my doctor says to buy Optisource and I need to take four of those a day....well heres my question.....I bought Bariatric Advantage Multi and I don't know how many of those I need to take in order to equal up to the 4 optisource like they recommend. I am still waiting for my Bariatric Advantage multi-vitamin in the mail so I can't compare the labels????? TUESDAY IS SURGERY LESS THAN ONE WEEK WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Thanks Nicole

Optisource is great. That's What I take. It is specially formulated for Bariatric patients. Go online and look at the ingredients and try to compare the two. Marie
