Pre-Ops Tomorrow!

I went for my pre-op testing last Friday. My surgery is at Sisters Hospital in Buffalo, NY with Dr. Carauna and when I asked the nurse what they tested for she told me that they do a CBC, PT/PTT, Metabolic Profile, Type and Cross, Pregnancy Test, and Urine. If she mentioned other things I am sorry and can't remember. They also did an EKG and a Chest X-Ray. I am sure every surgeon is different and problaby orders different tests depending on any medical conditions you may have. It was a piece of cake and I am guessing everything was ok because I no one called today to tell me differently. Good luck to you. Sally

I'm so glad to hear someone else is going with Dr Carauna. That is who I am going with also. So far I love him.
