Help! Need a new Primary Care Physician

Melanie: WOW I can NOT believe a health care provider in this day and age would say you DO NOT qualify for bariatric surgery w/ a BMI of 53+!! Run as fast as u can from that provider not only will they not assist you on your journey for health even IF you got the surgery they would probably not care for you in the way you'd need to be supported! I'm not close to you but want to commend you for not taking your PCP's crap and believing it....and firing him/her. I'm so tired of Drs that think they are holier-than-thou and would rule out something that is so obvious AND that they have the power they think they do. (Just a little chip on my shoulder? )
