hi all, how are you all doing? here is what i had yesterday......

S- boost cho. glucose control
L- 1/4 c. tuna fish
1 T. kraft lite mayo
1 slice lite wheat bread
1 egg white
S- 1 sf ice pop
D- 1 c. homemade split pea and ham soup
1 slice lite wheat bread
1 oz chedder cheese
2 miles on treadmill
80 oz water
