Hey just wondering if anyone has tried Tropical Oasis Liquid Vitamins...I HATE chewables and I know I won't enjoy swallowing pills or crushing them after surgery. Thanks!!!!

If you can handle chewable orange vitamins, you can buy a vitamin called OPTISOURCE. It is especially formulated for bariatric patients. You can purchase them in Walgreens or on walgreens.com
On bottle is a one month supply.

I got a free one at the OH event last May...........YUCK!!!! LOL It was horrible to me.
I was able to cut my multi in small pieces at 3 weeks out, and swallow it then.
My Dr said if my pouch would handle it, it was OK.
