Wow....
So I went to the dr. for my 5 week post op -- I lost 27lbs....WOW! The dietician said I can basically eat anything but it's trial and error with me now. She wants me to stay away from the pasta and have more protein. So I started at 241 and I'm down to 214! YAHOOOOO! My clothes are bigger on me and it feels GREAT and I have more energy I noticed too!
I tried having some Chinese food last night-- didn't go too well. I had some chicken & broccoli but that went bad then I tried some wonton soup.... NOT GOOD! So, I know not to have that anytime soon!
I did have a fruit & yogurt bar at work. That went down great and it was good too! LOLLLLLLLLL
