Hi Tara, Do you like fish? Maybe adding some fish to your diet will help increase your protein intake. If you are having trouble getting it all through food. Maybe try some different protein supplements. Have you tried ISOPURE ready to drink (juice type) drinks ? Each 20 ounce bottle has 40 grams of protein. OR AchieveONE coffee typr drinks 9 ounces have 20 grams of protein and they are yummy. I didn't like the shakes either! Finding somethin YOU like is key. But if I have a day where i need to supplement some protein I ENJOY an ACHIEVEONE or and ISOPURE drink. Hope that helps, Britt

I eat eggs, cheese, tofu, beans, beef, chicken, i do drink a protein drink called AchieveOne which is a coffee flavor that i tolerate well. Are you looking for how much and when? b'fast: 4 ounces tilapia filet - 21 g of protein snack1: 2 cheese sticks - 12 g of protein snack 2: handful of almonds - 6 g of protein lunch: cottage cheese w/cucumber and jalapeno - 10 g of protein dinner: 1/2 of a beef burger (no bun) w/sauerkraut mix - 13g of protein that gets me over my 60 grams of protein and if i go to the gym i'm able to get in all of my fluids too. I AM 11 months out though! You may need to make better protein choices in your foods, if you go to the library look up high protein low carb diets (atkins or south beach) and they'll give you protein amounts. ANDI

Britt....have you tried "New Whey Protein Bullets" ?? I went on the BariatricEating website...and ordered the Acheive Protein Drinks...I'm excited to see if these are better than the EAS Carb Control Pre-made shakes. (I like them in Coffee...but I think may have been disconntinued in Coffee) Thanks for giving the website...I'll have to check out Trader Joe's too - I just hate waiting in the lines there! (WHEW...that place is always busy in Manhattan...closest one to me....) Deboarh~ lap rny- 4/19/06 333/190/150
