Hello All ~hugs~
I hope you all are doing well, please post to me and let me know how you all are doing? I have been so busy with my new added work with the Ebay store and even taken on a greater position at my current job.
I am learning so much here and I guess I will hang around a little longer
Makes the day go by SOOO quick now!
I am doing good, back on track with my treadmill after taking 2 weeks off because I was not feeling all that well but I went back to the basic of eating after WLS and it seems to be helping, making sure I drink all my water! I feel like I am back on track and if I lose more weight from this that is good but if not I know I am doing the best I can do to be healthy! That is the main thing!

Also congrats on going back to college, I know many of us feel the need to better our lives after the surgery and I think this is just AWESOME! I love the new feels we discover

I too am having a rough time. i am going to the hospital's gym for us wls patients.
i have been slacking off my water. and doing my treadmill. and food and snacking i guess grazing. i think i need to do the basics too but not. send me your ebay name.

Good tohear you are going to the gym and that sounds awesome hun!
If we just keep trying to do the right thing I know it will happen! We just have to retrain our way of thinking and that takes TIME.

But we can say that before we would have eat all the bad ones but now we chose the better ones! that is a BIG deal within itself!
I have a problem more at night with snacking so I am saving my fruit and nuts until then if I can or something better to snack on then chips or any carbs for that matter.
This is all new to us and will take a while to learn since we have been doing the bad for SOOO long we have to give ourselves time to make this new way of life a habit. It is so much easier to understand the bad things when you start to think this way! It will all work for us at some point, some take longer then others but we do get there if we are committed to our new life!
