Well...I've finally making my way here to the OH board...I'm just sorry that I haven't started posting earlier than now.... It's been a little hard to get used to the "type" of posting...and learning a new way to post threads on this board compared to other boards. Finally, I'm getting my profile up...and that now I'm getting my feet wet...and diving in! My name is Deborah, I'm 38yo...and I live in NYC. I am nearly one yr. post op - in fact my post op surgery-versary is tomorrow. I've lost 143#'s ...but still have 40#'s to go...and that seems like a ton!

My surgery was pretty 'text book' which I'm thankful for... I'm married to my "knight in shining armour"...and have been for 8yrs....we have a 3yo daughter. I am a SAHM, and a freelance designer....and will stay that way until my daughter is school age....I like being at home with her - and working on the side! I've been on another WLS board for over the last yr...and have really enjoyed it - but a couple of those ladies are over here...and I couldn't resist to try it out!

Can't have too many friends.... Hope to get to know everyone thru your posts.... Deborah~

I thought my name on here was my sign in..."FemmeMode"....but my real name came up...that's interesting.~

That's confusing....

....with a little poking about the site. I found where I went wrong. Pretty easy to change all of that information. Just thought I'd let you know I figured it out...and thanks anyhow! Hope to hear from everyone soon....
