When you're twelve year old is tooling around your house in his roller blades because it doesn't stop raining long enough for him to wear them outside. You know it's spring in new york when your daughter is jumping rope on your hardwood floors in your living room because it's too wet to go out and play. You know it's a wet spring in New York when the eleven year old is out skateboarding in a wintercoat with an umbrella duct taped to his old winter jacket. You know it's spring in New York when their mother is allowing this to go on because at least she gets a few minutes of peace. ANDI

You are tooooo funny. This weather is horrendous. My Mom and I just got back from a week end in Pennsylvania because my nephew was in a Gymnastics Regional Championship. We were too tired to head back last night; so we left at 7:00 this morning in the pouring down rain. By the time we hit Long Island, we were exhausted. Take Care Barbara

Hi Andi, My 2 sons are going stir crazy in the house as well! So I am breaking my own rule and allowing them to play their video games and watch TV longer than they are allowed to. What else can they do, they are bored to tears! LOL! Oh well They're kids they have to have fun sometimes! Marilyn

I took my boys to the Family Y today after lunch for a swim. Normally, it's nice and quiet, but everybody is stir crazy from the weather. The pool was absolutely packed. I've never seen it so crowded. Oh well, at least it got us out of the house for a little while.
