protein question

i thought i had everything i need but i just realize that i dont have protein shakes which one is good???? and also the chewables multivitamins please love hilda

Opti fast shakes are good and i was told i could use slim fast low carb shakes as well.

at the beginning i got the flintstone vitamins now i use regular ones. I like Achieve One protein drinks but you 've got to kiss alot of frogs before you find a prince. I used flintstones chewable for the first 30 days. Then switched to a bariatric vitamin sold by my surgeon's office. I could stomach the creamy protein shakes and found ISOPURE (kind of like a gatorade type drink) each 20 ounce bottle has 40 grams of protein. I buy them at GNC. I will you the best of luck!!!
