SPRING/SUMMER get together????

Hi Lisa! Six Flags sounds like fun to me. Hopefully by June I will be able to fit in the seats and that is, of course, one of my goals. As long is all is going well, I would love to go. How far is the Six Flags in Massachusetts from everyone? I think its about 3 hrs from the Albany area, but more like 6-7hrs to NJ for me. Whatever is most convenient for everyone is ok by me. Just thought I'd throw out the idea. Count me in, Janet

ok..I need everyones opinion. I"m going to go to Bronx Zoo June 28th. BTW, everyone is invited, but my surgery date is April 24. is that too soon of an outing? I personally dont think so but what do I know. I guess I"m comparing the surgery to my c-section I had, or at least the recovery.

You should be ok...it will all depend on how your recovery is going. Energy levels may still be low but take it day by day and as you get closer then decide. And if you are feeling even better SIX FLAGS lol will be next..... Good luck with your surgery and keep us posted. LisaMarie

Would it be bad if I was wanting to leave the kids at home and go be a kid myself? lol My kids are too young for six flags they are 3 and 1. But my hubby n I love it there, we havent been in a long time.

a get together sounds great ! only prob is right now i cant get around very well... using a cane these days ... i was thinking about taking a trip to mohegan sun in june or july maybe some folks would be interested in that ? my company picnic is at great adventures in june ... they open the park early for us and we have free run of the park allday with return tickets for the year.. but lets keep in touch and hope we can all get together when the weather is nicer

Sounds like we have alot interested. Now we need to figure out when. Its totally up to you guys if you want to bring your kids or not. My kids LOVE six flags and have been going since they were infants. I think my daughter was about 1 or 2 months her visit! LOL They have great kiddie parks there now too. But again totally up to you who you want to bring. I will be bringing the whole gang. So are we thinking a June day? Happy Easter. LisaMarie

Hey! How was your gangs easter? It was nutty over here. You know we would come. You know me, I just keep moving along! Just let me know when so Dennis can take a personal day and I could get a oil change in my car(that is just way over do b/c I'm too lazy to get it done!). You are doing it on a weekday right? You know i need my husband around in case he needs to carry me, heehee. Be well.
