How do I change my tag line?

I am trying to figure out how the heck I add my surgery date to me tag line and Dr info and la la la blah stuff??

Go to My OH, then click My Account, then click General Info. Then you can change to surgery date scheduled or whatever you want. Then save it. Betsy

I see now how to change the Surgery schedule but it is not showing up and i cannot get the date in????
