cdphp insurance

Does anyone that has gone through surgery or is scheduled to have this insurance? I am just curious as to how they are about the procedure..Thank you Tom C

Hi I had no probelme with CDPHP. I got approval 12 hours after they received everything from my sugeons office. I had called them previously to see if they require anything specifically. They said they require a letter of medical necessity for primary care physician. That is it! The surgeons office required everything else. Good Luck!
