Hi Everyone,
I can't believe my surgery day is almost here. I'm on liquids now and I have to say that Medifast isn't the greatest tasting drink in the world. Anyone have any alternatives?
This too shall pass sooner than you think.
Just wanted to give my support in your upcoming surgery.
Otherwise I don't know the answer as I did not have to follow that regimen. Someone here will definetly know.
