Is Slim Fast good for Protein drink ???

I used the Atkins Shakes & Slim-Fast Low Carb for the first month after surgery.

Thanks for your response. I asked my nut and she said not to drink the Atkins but that slim fast was good the optima but I wanted to make sure if someone else used it also. I was worried about finding a protein drink that I would like. Soif the slim fast is good then that's what I will use because I like the slim fast. Thank you

i think the optima has too much sugar there is another one out there that is lo carb its got 1 gm of sugar and much better for brand new post op....... i used them for the first year now i get all my protien from food Stacy

Gnc has a chocolate shake that has 50 g of protien havent tried it yet but i bought it for after my surgery.
