Dizzy Broad
Hi Friends,
Long time no post, I know. I have been struggling a bit. I started, a few months ago, getting very dizzy while exercising. I just had some bloodwork (10 tubes, to be exact!) drawn and am awaiting results. In the meantime, I have been trying to exercise but the dizziness is extreme and I feel like I'm going to pass out, so it's been a real deterrant, and that's been a bummer. I have been flirting with some not so good eating, I think as a self-soothing mechanism, but have so far, not gained any weight. I am feeling discouraged because exercise was a regular part of my life up until a couple of months ago, and I really want to be doing it and am not tolerating it well.
Hopefully, we'll find out what the problem is soon and I can get back to my daily routine. I haven't been posting, because I didn't want to be a bummer for all the newbies, but I guess this is part of the process, so here it is.
Hope everybody is feeling fine.
Hugs,
Amy
Amy,
You know I am praying for you that things turn around soon. (((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))). If you can't get up and go with the exercise maybe you can consentrate on doing things from a chair. I bought myself some resistance ropes and I sit in my chair and do several different exercises with my legs and arms. I know its not the get up and go that you want, but at least you will be keeping toned. Let me know how you make out with the bloodwork.

Oh Girlfriend......One thing I would never call you is "dizzy!" However, with that being said, I recently had a similar problem and it ended up being that I had fluid in my middle ear. It did go away after a while but my PCP did say that with some people it lasts a month or more. Food for thought....In any case, hope they get to the bottom of it and you feel better soon. I know how much you enjoy your exercise. See you soon.
Hugs & Kisses
