lap banders unite!

I'm new to the site and I am interested in having lap band surgery.... can anyone please share their experiance with me.

Hi-- I'm pre-band but lurk on the lap band thread on this site. It's very helpful to read the profiles and trials and tribulations. We're also friendly so feel free to ask questions. There are some really good posts that get bumped about the "50 common questions" most folks have...good luck on your research! Susan

I am about ready to get banded! No advice but I can offer support!

I have 2 friends that gastro bypass. What made you decide on lap band... for me I don't like the fact of having my insides rearranged.
