Is it normal???
I know that I am not supposed to weigh myself everyday but I cannot help myself. I get frustrated because I will loose about a 1/2 lb per day for 3 or 4 days and then plateau for 3 or 4. I feel like it should be coming off faster and I don't understand what I am doing wrong on the plataeu days. I am measuring my food, drinking water....AHHHH!!! Any advice??? Please!!!
Yes, Its normal ...and YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!! I weigh every day too - I can't help it
that is one of the down sides to weighing your self every day as oppossed to weekly or monthly. Hang in there! You are doing great ! If you take a peak at my profile - you can see a chart on how I lose ... I too feel like it should be coming off faster - BUT I am thrilled that its coming off and KNOW I WILL get to goal

have you measured your self ??? if you haven't do it now. I know for me when the scale didn't move ...seeing my monthly measurements keep getting smaller and smaller feel GREAT!

It is funny that you bring the scale obsession up... I just had the same conversation with Dr. Singh when I was there last week. He suggested I weigh monthly and not let it get me crazy.... LOL... Easier said than done...
I have weened myself from the everyday routine though. I now usually weigh myself twice a week. It is less nerve racking this way... Hope you can find a comfortable compromise for yourself.
