Hello Alll ~hugs~ What I had yesterday: B= 1 slice bread, 1 egg white 1 hr later had my Archiev One protein drink S= 4 oz cottage cheese, 1/2 blueberries L= some shrimp lo mein with no starch, few noodles, 1 sm apple S= 1 oz cheese, 1 serving fritos D= 3 oz chicken with melted mozz, 1/2 cup ziti, 1 slice garlic bread S= 1 oz popcorn with melted butter Wow so needed that! 2000 mg calcium Citrate (liquid Citrate and Twinlab chewables) 2 tbs of my liquide Multi (has 1000 mg of B12 as well) 1 B12 sublingual (500mg) 28 mg chewable Iron Water: 50 oz, 24 oz Fresca Exercise: 30 mins on Treadmill OK that is it, you all have a great day! Good for you! You did 30 minutes on the Treadmill! That always feels good. I have been having some annoying symptoms lately: dizziness, shakyness, hot flashes. My nutritionist sent me a script to have all kinds of blood work done. I haven't been getting a lot of exercise lately, because that seems to bring on the symptoms. Very disconcerting. I'll have the bloodwork done tomorrow and should know by next week what's up. Yesterday: B: Small bowl of cheerios with skim milk S: Protein shake with banana L: Salad with deli meat S: Pretzels and 3 mini Reces PNB cups ( but soooo good!) D: Chicken parm and salad 40 oz water, all vits, supps, etc xox Amy

Yesterday was a good day for me. B. 1 cup of decaf tea with spenda 1 banana,a few swiss cheese chunks s. 1 mozzarella stick and a handful almonds L-turkey meatball sliced with sauce and melted mozzarella cheese s. 1 orange and a handful of pecans and macadamian nuts d-chili with cheese, and a very small salad s. 1 individually wrappted cheddar cheese stick and a handful of soy nuts after about an hour 1 cup of decaf tea with spenda 1 hour exercising at the gym water...not good approximately 34 ounces Maryellen
