Hi Everyone, I'm a Loser!!!!

Sorry I didn't have a chance to update until now; but I had my surgery on the 12th; and was told that everything went "textbook"!!!!! I was staying with my Mom until today, when I went for my follow up and had my drain removed.(Talk about new found freedom---I'm not only a LOSER, but I'm DRAIN FREE!!!!! I've been getting in my protein, water, and vitamins, and the pain has been VERY manageable. I came home less than 48 hours later on the 14th; and I only took the pain medication once (when I got home--I'm fortunate it was a short car ride!!!! I thank all of you who offered kind words, prayers, and support. IT"S OVER!!!!!! Barbara

Good for your B!! we are "twin losers" I had my surgery on the 12th as well and have had more good days than bad at this point. I have to say I was lucky though, my surgeon removed the drain before I left the hospital!! I don't think I could handle looking at that gross thing any longer anyways!! whoo hoo for us!!
