having surgery

I am very sorry(especially to a few of my girls) I have been so out of the loop. I have just not been doing so well and feel horrible. I have been in and out of the hospital for the past couple of weeks . The ct-scan shows I have a partial bowel obstruction that we have been trying to resolve on its own and using bowel preps over and over again just to get the stuff to pass . They feel that mostly likely adhesions from the last surgery is causing the partial obstruction but they will not know 100% until they look in my belly. Blah. I mean the last thing anyone wants for me is another surgery under my belt but whatever. I took the option on staying on TPN until he fixes the obstruction next week instead of having surgery yesturday! (I have to make arrangements for my son and Dennis needs to give notice to his job so he doesnt get fired!) My date is next Thursday, the 29 at 730am. Keep your fingers crossed for me next thursday. I'm so sorry to hear that you have to go through surgery again, but I really hope that this fixes everyone once and for all. You deserve to feel better and your family deserves it too. Godspeed for a quick recovery, Sue
