Protein Pancakes & SF Syrup

Does anyone have the recipe for Protein Pancakes and what is a good brand of SF syrup available at the supermerket? Thanks! Lori

Don't have a protein pancake recipe but I use the Mrs. Butterworth Sugar Free Syrup. It is Yummy!

Thanks Carly...I did not know Mrs. Butterworth had a SF syrup... The regular one was always my favorite... I can't wait to try it! I am just dying for pancakes! LOL L

hi lori, i do use the sf mrs. butter worth syrup. very good. i make these pancakes.. very good.. cottage cheese pancakes makes 1 1 egg 1/3 c. oatmeal ( not instant) 1 T. heaping cottage cheese dash vanilla,milk put all ingredients in food pross. to mix. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ cottage cheese oat pancakes makes more than 1 3/4 c. oats 3/4 c. cottage cheese 3 eggs dash of vanilla, milk mix well... in food pross. lori, you will like them. they are very good. sometimes if i dont have cottage cheese i use ricotta cheese. Anita

I like both Cottage Cheese and Ricotta so I am sure I would be happy with either one. I will have to try them both ways to see what I like best. Also, how do they freeze? I have made extra regular ones and tossed them in the freezer to wam up another time... Do you know if these freeze well? It will be great if they did so I could do a bigger batch and have them on hand for Pancake attacks! L

lori, not sure how they freeze. i am you can freeze them. they are solid since of the egg and oatmeal. sometimes i do eat the normal pancakes... shhhh........ anita
