Please Help Me anyone!!!!

1/30/07 I had WLS things are going well. I started out weighing 240 and now I weigh 201. the problem is that I've been at 201 for at least 3 weeks now. I've been doing different workouts and getting in the proper protein everyday? Does anyone have any suggestions for me. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Sincerely Kelly P. P.S. I know that I will have plateaus but I'm going crazy!! I know that I'm doing everything right!!!!!!!!

Kelly - I can't speak from experience but from what I was told by my nut and from what I read here. Measure yourself , just because your not loosing pounds doesn't mean your not loosing inches.

Even though we know that Palteuas happen they STINK hang in there and keep doing what you are doing. Keep up on your water and protein That scale will move again. congrats on your weight loss so far!!!

hello kelly, i was that way too i just walk and walk and changed what i ate and i started to lose the weight.
