anyone have BC/BS of Alabama??

my hubby went from the WONDERFUL United Healthcare that approved him in a week to the YUCKY BC/BS of alabama which we are still waiting for approval from because th night before surgery he ended up in the ER with kidney stone and was not cleared for surgery till after his job changed ins. companies...UGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!
