going in for surgery soon

Hi Iam going in for surgery soon and I don't know what I should bring to the hospital with me can anyone please tell me what iam going to need.... thanks

Holly, I'm going in tomorrow as you know and am still trying to get it together. I want to take as little as possible. ***I will go home with the same clothes as I came in with. ***Bring the C-Pap machine as told. ***2 chapsticks. ***reading glasses. ***Tel# of persons I might want to call. ***Toothbrush (because their bristles fall apart, Moisturizer,Toothpaste,Little Mirror ***Robe to cover my tush when I have to walk. ***Slippers ***Advance Directive Paper And if you can think of anything else, let me know..........SOON.
