Hello All ~hugs~ What I had yesterday: B= 1 pk peanut butter crackers 1 hr later had my Archiev One protein drink S= 4 oz cottage cheese, 1/2 cup pineapple L= some Angel hair pasta w/shrimp, olives and mushrooms S= Handful of Combo's D= 3 oz grilled chicken, sm potato with pat butter and Asparagus S= 1 serving of Soy Chrisps, 1 mini Hershey's choc bar (Last one in the house ) 2000 mg calcium Citrate (liquid Citrate and Twinlab chewables) 2 tbs of my liquide Multi (has 1000 mg of B12 as well) 1 B12 sublingual (500mg) 28 mg chewable Iron Water: 60 oz, 24 Crystal Light, 12 oz Fresca Exercise: 30 mins on Treadmill OK that is it, you all have a great day! hi debra, here is what i had yesterday.... B- 1 c. bran flakes 1 c. skim milk 1 T. raisins S- power crunch bar (yummy) almost like cheating) L- Mcdonolds ch****n ranch wrap (yum 14 pro,) Mcdonolds side salad D- 6 inch roast beef sub.. bad bad.... S- strawberry shortcake.. bad bad... 40oz water..bad for me today... 16 oz hot tea no excercise.... Anita

kimberly, oh these crunch bars are great.. they are almost like cheating. they are a layers of wafers. i bought a box of the triple chocolate. i have tried the cinnamon bun, peanut butter creme, and the french vanilla creme.. my favorite is the triple chocolate and the french vanilla creme. they have 15 proteins per bar. i saw them on susan mari's site called www.bariatriceating.com but i bought they in my town. saved on shipping cost. the box was $18.00 for 12 bars in a box. Power Crunch are crisp wafers filled with tasty protein creme. Protein rich and low in sugar and carbs... these bars have excellent flavor and offer us a welcome change from the usual dense candy type protein bar. anita

anything i can get my hands on i think im pms'ing but for the most part i keep it down to 5 small meals a day starting with my protien first..... im actually trying to gain about 5 more lbs i went a little to far below goal due to a treatment im on but ill get back there.... glad to see you i havent seen you in a while.... talk soon Stacy

Hello Debra, Today: B: Whole wheat toast (1) with pbj S: skim milk latte with a biscotti ( bad dog!) L: chicken soup with salad D: hamburger on a plate, a few fries. 50 oz water, all vits etc Still no exercise (sick these past few days with a cold) PMSing in the worst way! Want a chocolate cake! Beware of the ides of March! xo Amy
