Not all that Bad!

Hello All, Ok what I had yesterday was not all that bad so here goes... B= 1 egg boiled white, 1 sl toast with pat of butter 1 hr later had my Archiev One protein drink S= 4 oz cottage cheese, 1/2 cup pineapple L= 2 wontons and the broth, some noodles S= handful fresh trail mix, 1 string cheese D= some Angel hair pasta w/shrimp, olives and mushrooms S= 1 serving of Soy Chrisps, 1 mini Hershey's choc bar 2000 mg calcium Citrate (liquid Citrate and Twinlab chewables) 2 tbs of my liquide Multi (has 1000 mg of B12 as well) 1 B12 sublingual (500mg) 28 mg chewable Iron Water: 50 oz, 24 Diet Fresca Exercise: 30 mins on Treadmill Ok I think that is it, anyone else like to add theirs? Hi Debra, How the heck are you? I miss you and your postings! glad to see you back again. Okay, here's what I had yesterday....more or less B. 1 banana 1/2 hr later decaf tea with splenda s. about 6 cubes of cheddar L. checken salad, pickles and 1/2 tomato S. 2 handful of nuts D. 1 beef hot dog, saurkraut, and baked beans S. one apple and some soy crisps decaf tea with splenda did really bad with drinking my water yesterday! exercise on the other hand....1.25 hrs at the gym b4 work. I've been working it in this way, and loving it. It is the only way it fits into my crazy schedule....and I'm seeing the results. hi debra, here is what i had yesterday... saw my surgeon today and i dont have to wear my binder anymore. wore it for 2 months. i am 165 pounds now.... soon i want to see 150..how did i do today????????? B- 1 cup bran flakes 8 oz skim milk 1 T. raisins S-schwan's fudge stick L- 1/4 c. tuna 1 T. mayo 1 slice whole wheat bread 1/2 c. cottage cheese 12 green grapes S- power crunch protein bar (yummy) D- 2 oz pot roast 1 small potato few carrots,celery,onion S- 2 serving pretzel sticks.. (bad but now they are gone) 20 oz coffee 80 oz water 30 minutes on treadmill walked all the way around the block.. long walk anita

Not bad at all! I have become a believer that if you have a small taste of something "bad" and it satisfies the craving, than it becomes a "good" thing. I'm so glad you're back posting! B: Rice cake with PBJ S: Skim milk latte with 1/2 corn muffin L: Salad with mixed beans and cheese S: 4 pretzel rods (a large amount of something bad!) D: Chicken parm with string beans Water:40 oz, No exercise All vits,supps, etc Gotta do better with water. xoxox Amy
