Hey all, I miss this from Miss debra so i did it hope you dont mind debra.... i started out fresh and new yesterday anyone wanna join me and support me and be my little angel??? any advice is always welcomed. anyone know any uses for the flax seed meal i bought besides yogurt? thanks... here is what i ate yesterday......... Monday March 12,2007 20 oz coffee 8:10 am Breakfast 1 scoop protein powder 23 proteins 8 oz skim milk 8 proteins 9:00am 10:30 am 20 oz water 11:00 am 20 oz water 11:30 am 20 oz water 1:00 pm Lunch 1/4 cup tuna 13 proteins 1 T mayo 1/2 cup cottage cheese 12 proteins 1 slice whole wheat bread 4 proteins 2:00 pm 20 oz water 2:30 pm 20 oz water 4:45 pm Snack 8 oz lite peach yogurt 7 proteins 2 1/2 T flax seed meal 3 proteins ( i bought this today) first time. 6:00 pm Supper 2 oz pork chop 1/4 cup instant mashed potatoes 1/3 cup mixed vegs. cauliflower, brolliie, carrots 7:00 pm 20 oz water and 30 minutes treadmill 7:30 pm 20 oz water 9:45 pm - 45 stick pretzels 30 minutes treadmill 15 min. - 2.3 mph 15 min.- 2.8 mph distance 1.27 fat 54.8 calories 175 how is that???? Hey Anita, Yesterday.... B: Zone protein bar S: Chicken salad on 3 saltines L: Chicken orzo soup, and 1/2 a chef salad wiht blue cheese dressing S: the other half of the chef salad with blue cheese dressing D: beef stew with white rice S: Protein shake LS: Sweet and spicey tuna with a salad and a short bread cookie. hey scott, thanks for posting. what you ate really sounds good. keep up the good work. i just did my treadmill this morning. might do it tonight. got to get into the habit somehow after having my tummy done and now being over sick.... Anita

Anita, YEAH I am glad to see someone else taking this, I so want to come back and do this but time on the computer while at work now is so hard. I will add to this but not today as I have been so very bad lately! Debra P

hey there debra, there you are..... i have been very bad tooo... so yesterday i started out fresh and new... i saw your post.. i understand where your coming from. for me its carbs.. i love them so i am trying to control it .. i dont want to gain the weight back so now i am trying to have willpower and get my butt in gear... i am writing down everything that sure helps me and seeing what others eat does help me also. keep in touch hun. Anita, Thanks for the post hun ~hugs~ Yeah it sure is easy to fall back into those carb bad habits that is for sure! I am back to loging my food in at Fitday.com so I am hoping that helps some. Thanks again hun Debra P
