Hey Girls, I should have been more specific ... Sorry ... pedal-on is an (in-door-cycling) forum. I am a certified SPIN instructor and get addicted to the music, profiles and banter with other instructors. Nothing to do with OH!!

Do you do towel workouts also? :-0

Mary, Hello hun, I have been busy other places as well but came back to get the love today! Knowing I can not do this without my OH family that is for sure. I hope all is well with you? Been hangin in there myself, working on doing the treadmill 3X a week in the morning before work. Coming along but WOW is it hard to make this a habit! and so easy to stop when something other comes along. (busy work) Well good to hear from you hun Debra P
