hi all . i got home wed and i'm feelin ok. the only pain and discomfort is from a hernia that he fixed also. but the bypass seems to be no problem. as for the atkins shakes those are terrible . can anyone really drink these? i couldnt even do 2 whole days on them. i was out first thing this am to naturetyme food store for some other option. and i also got great tasting vitamins. my cheap choice of price chopper kids was a n awful choice also. at least i can return those to the store. anybody want some cans of atkins? thanks everyone for any prayers or thoughts about me . i think it really helped.thanks again ....sue...

when i got my list of what to have when i got home from the hospital was flintsones chewable...... i never paid a high price for any drinks in fear i wouldnt like them ... at first my surgeon was against protien shakes because they pack a lot of calories and then after a certain point they dont fill you so then your looking for somthing else...however i did use the slim fast no carb shakes the chocolate ones ... i loved them..... if you close your eyes and dont think about it they all really arent that bad.... good luck and god bless....
