Hello I'm writing because I need some advice. I am more than one year post op and struggling with WLS. I now find myself more hungry than normal. Has anyone experienced this? I can only eat a cup of food at each meal but I think I'm not eatin enough of the right food groups? Suggestions miss j

Can I suggest that you post a typical eating and exercise day? That might help someone to give you suggestions. Rachelle

Niss J we need a typical day in your life to make any suggestions. Food amounts, types, times, fluid types amounts with or w/o food suppliments, shakes, exercise, meds, age current ht/wt etc It is typical it is called the honeymoon is over. using the tool to its fullest will get you thru as best as possible this is the time we all may be challenged by, reinforcinghte helahty habits such as no grazing no drinking caloried beverages, no caffeine, no carbonation, no sugar, low carbs and raise lean protein and healthy fats, small protions and daily exercise are key to the WLS success. It isnt easy but it is doable and sounds like u r typical, my honeymoon was over at 7 months!
