Yes I did. I got my insurance approval letter yesterday (wednesday) and today I got my letter from Dr. Kim and Deb also called to confirm it.

Congratualtion on your upcoming surgery Ying, if you weren't scared you wouldn't be normal, your going to be just fine and will be on the loosing side very shortly. Good Luck. Linda
