Progress....
Hi everyone,
I hope this message finds everyone well. I haven't been around lately, alot going on around the house. A quick update...unfortunately my daughter miscarried her baby, so it has been quite a rollercoaster of emotion and healing. She is doing well and adjusting back to just being a teenager. It has not been a great 2 weeks for maintaining all the positive changes I have made, but I'm proud to say I did not go completely food crazy either. A few months ago the healthy eating would have been completely abandoned. I did veer off a few times, but nothing to be ashamed of and I don't think I gained any of my weight back.
I finally got my appt to see the surgeon..2/27/07...and looking forward to hopefully getting a surgery date. I also got my C-PAP machine, which was 100% covered by my insurance (thanks to those who offered to help me with that)
I started using the machine last night and it was less than comfortable, but I guess I will eventually get used to it. I had to take it off at 5 am this morning just so I could get an hour of sleep before work! Well I am off to work. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
Thanks for listening
Janet

Hi Janet,
Life sure is a roller coaster ride. I'm glad to hear that you're daughter is starting to heal. It does take time. Send her my best wishes. Also good to know you got the CPAP. Hopefully, you won't be using it for very long!!
Progress is right. While I can totally relate to the ambivalence you must be feeling, the fact that you're moving closer to finally having what you deserve is wonderful. My thoughts are with you and if there's anything I can do to support you, please let me know.
Big hugs to you and your family.
xo
