Tomorrow is the DAY!

Wow -- I am finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel! I am scheduled for tomorrow 2/20 at Auburn Medical Ctr. I cannot wait -- I am starving though this day of all liquids is killing me. I know it will all be worth it. Everyone on here has been so supportive and I look forward to joining your journey. I'll be in touch once I get home! Lisa

Wow I am so jealous!!! I am also happy for you. I had to do the fasting liquid thing for a colonoscopy. I am a teacher and ate jello all day whining to my students. THey thought it was funny and got my extra jello out of the bargain...but think of all you will get out of this. You won't even remember the fasting when you are shopping for clothes!!! Good luck and can't wait to hear from you on the flip side!!! Robin

GOOD LUCK!! remember that the whole surgery and recovery experiance will always be worst in your imagination than it is in real life....just follow the rules and be kind to yourself and it goes smoothly. This is a great time to just let others take care of you and don't feel like a whimp because of it - you're worth it!!! let us know when you are up to it how you're doing. Shawn in Spencer NY

Congratulations. It wil all be worth it! One day of liquids will pass quickly. My doctor made me do only liquids for 2 weeks before surgery. Ahhhh!! and still it was worth it : )
