Running & Ground Buffalo Meat
So, yeah, real quick 'cause I have to go to work, I have been running this past month. Well, starting to run; jogging right now, really. However, it's been getting better and better each day. Does anyone have any suggestions for one who is just starting out running? The guy who's running with me says that I need to improve my form, but other than that, I run pretty good.
Okay, and last night I was craving tacos and decided to make some. Only I didn't make it how I used to make it pre-op. I cooked ground buffalo meat and threw in some taco seasoning, then added sour cream and PRESTO! It was awesome!!
I liked it so much, I'm going to make some more before I go into work, so that I can have some for lunch.
Okay, later!
Jen

Hi
I love buffalo meat--it has replaced beef in most of my recipes--I find that if I eat small portions I have no trouble digesting it--and besides that It tastes really good--not bland like turkey and chicken (ground - that is) and I don't have to doctor it up in order to get nice full flavor. I make lasagna, meatballs and spaghetti, buffalo burgers, chili --in fact I use it for just about anything that you would normally use beef for.
I always liked the taste of beef--and turkey burgers and veggie burgers just didn't do it for me--try it in other recipes --low in fat and high in protein--a really good choice (by the way --you can get it at BJ's really inexpensive for a two pound two pack)

Hi Jen,
I know a lot of people that used this method when they started running. It's called "Couch to 5k"
