Got A Date
I went to my friends one on one with Dr. Boss. We have been going through this at the same time. We asked if we could have the same day. No problem March 7! I have to go for my one on one with Dr. Boss on Monday to make it official. I am so excited and nervous. When we picked the date my stomach turned. I am a bit scared. I am most afraid of not having the right foods/drinks afterwards. So of course any grocery lists are appreciated.

here are some things I ate my first 6 weeks i was on pureed / soft mushy foods
eggs
egg beaters
cottage cheese
sf/ff ice pops
crystal light
decaf coffee / tea
2% cheese
dannon carb control light and fit yogurt
chicken salad
egg salad
As far as protein I bought a bunch in advance and didn't like them - what a waste of $$$ Buy samples until you KNOW that you like them
