Book
I checked it out from my local library, along with 7 other books. It was my favorite, by far. I found it easy to read and very informative. I was disappointed it wasn't for sale at my Barnes and Noble but they offered to order it. I would definitely say it's money well spent to purchase it. I too, am pre-op. I start the intake process in 1 week. I am a Nurse Practitioner so I had a little knowledge of what's involved but what I loved about that book was how much time they spent preparing you for what lies ahead immediately after the surgery. There are a lot of little things you don't think about at this stage. Hope that helps you, Sally.
