I'm not sure how to navigate this site yet, but I wanted to say thanks to those of you who sent your good wishes for my getting insurance approval and a surgery date. I'm a 49 y/o guy in nyc who has been a weight loss failure all my life and have some co-morbities going on that could be resolved with weight loss. So I'm hapy to be approved and to have made this decision. I know it's not easey, but it's about quality of life issues, don't you agree? Looking for local NY'ers to share thoughts with in person and others by e mail. Thanks.
