I am all cleared for my surgery. What is the day before like???

Hi Congratulations on your surgery. The day before for us clear liquids only and nothing after midnight. Actually, we aren't allowed solid foods two whole days before. Marie

Congrats.....THe day before is a mixed bag of emotions. I was actually on a totally liquid diet for a week before surgery..Good old Medifast. lol...Mentally i was a mess. I was so happy that my day was finally here but then so scared about the actualy surgery itself, what life would be like after...Its very scary...Its a change of your life completly. Butttt its a good change. Its an amazing journey and these mixed feelings will prob be with you for a long long time...Hang in there and just enjoy the ride. Its going to be a healthier life. Its going to make sure that you enjoy many more years . And you are not alone, we are here for ya. LisaMarie
