Support meetings

Hi everyone, I am looking for a support meeting in or around Elmira or Binghamton. I live on the PA/NY border and need something close to home. Does anyone know of anywhere and whether it matters if I had my surgery there or not? I would appreciate it. Thanks! Leigh
