lap band surgery... (port)

hi guys ummm i have 2 months that i had my lap band surgery. last nite i slept on the side where my port is at, and this mourning i felt a pain on that side so i started touching my belly so i felt the port out of place. i called my doctor and he gave me an appointment for jan 25. but am still consern because i sill have pain.. i just want to know if any of you had this problem. and if it required to get another surgery?

I have not had the Surgery yet...BUT I think if you are having pain you need to call back and let them know.

I had lap band surgery 5 weeks ago. The port area is still a bit sore, but I can sleep on it without a problem. I can feel a lump in the abdomen, but in no way is it sore to the touch. I'd call your doctor and make it seem worse than it really is if you truely feel like it can be dangerous.
