MVP INSURANCE QUESTIONS..

I want Roux-ny surgery and need to know if MVP IS GOOD AT APPROVAL, WHAT ISSUES PEOPLE have had with them, what they require,,..etc any and all info would be great... i live outside of Albany NY and Have mvp for insurance... thannks! rae

Rae: Every insurance co i different even policies for employers differ, meaning all u can do is call MVP and get a copy of YOUR plan all the excusions or criteria for bariatric surgery, it is a everchanging field and lately i heard MVP may not be paying for Lapband, so call em monday and get copy of your plan!!! MVP paid for my surgery 4 yrs ago no hassle. Where r u in th process? Hre is local lnks to 2 bariatric centers...
