B: 1 Atkins Advantage protein shake S: Handfull Frito corn chips L: 1 cup homemade beef chili S: 4 oz carb control yogurt, 12 grapes D: 3 oz ham, some smashed potatos and some antipasta salad S: 1 sm orange Water: 60 oz water, 12 oz Diet Coke Sups: 2000 mg Calcium 2 tbsp liquid Multi w/ 1000 mg b12 included Exercise: N/A Take care and have a great day! Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!! I was in bed by 11p.m couldnt be bothered, thats a sign of getting OLD 4 sure. I ate good over the holidayd. I had company for 3 weeks and the last of them went back to psokane washington at 5 a.m. this morning ( i drive of casue) im soooooooooooo tired but im glad i get my house back, now the real work beings. !!!!!!!!!! well ugs and kisses keep in tiuch I will send u a pic me today. i love u xoxoxxxoxoxo

Good Morning Deb, Happy New Year!!! Well, I think I did pretty good over the holidays. I did try a couple things that I shouldn't have. I ate 1/2 of a sugar cookie with frosting on it, then the next morning, finished the other half, and a couple days later I ate a hersey's kiss. But other than that, and sitting around with no real exericise, I did pretty good. I gained a pound or two, but I flucuate like that all the time. What I ate yesterday: B- coffee, a couple bites of my salad from lunch the day before at work, forgot to eat something before I left the house L-had a few more bites of that salad S-pb cheese crackers D-small chicken thigh (hubby cooked them, I usually eat chicken breast), salad w/onion,radishes,banana peppers,egg,ranch dressing, tiny scoop of cottage cheese S-pretzels my vities, and calcium, hardly any water, mostly decaf or 1/2 caff Hugs, Shannon 257/151/130???

Shannon, Hey hun and happy new year to you as well. ~hugs~ Yeah I eat so much more then I really needed to do but now I am trying to get back to my healthy eating and doing ok but WOW how quickly those old bad habbits come in. Debra P

It wasn't too bad of a day for me. Here's what I ate: B- 1 cup Kashi Go Lean 1 cup skim milk L- South Beach Diet Meal Replacement Bar (Cinnamon Creme) S- 4 Flourless Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies (great protein!!) D- 4 oz. Great Range ground buffalo meat (S- 1 serving of Orville Redenbacher 94% Fat Free Smart Pop Butter popcorn) Didn't include this in fitday totals Fitday.com totals: 1074 calories, 56 grams fat, 85 carbs, 78 g protein I got an electronic kitchen scale for Christmas. I love using it! I measure everything and this is such a useful tool to have. Happy eating, everyone!! Jen Halliday

Jen, I used to weigh everything as well and it really helps you learn what you should be eating and learning what the new potion size looks like. I might go back to refresh since I am slightly off my eating plans. Take care Debra P

Hi debra and all..... I have been bad lately so now i have been measuring and writing down my foods.. it sure is very easy to go to old bad habits if they are in the house.... i saw my wls dr yesterday and i got a date for my Panniculectomy .. it is January 19th. not sure what time yet since Joanne is working on getting things set up... yeah.. I cant wait.... after my appt i went to our 2 year wls meeting in the same building and had to tell my good news to everyone... here is what i had yesterday B- oatmeal with some rainsins and cinnomon L- chicken parmergon cheese hot pocket D- 2 slices turkey deli meat 2 egg whites 1/2 cup apple sauce with cinnamon S- bowl of chips and dip... no no got to get them out of the house. Exercise: walked from college ave to home. Anita
