Hello All, OK welcome to 2007........ I am hoping this will be a great year for us ALL. What I had yesterday..... B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 english muffin with butter and s/f jelly S: 1 string cheese, 1 sm orange L: 1 Cheeseburger and small fries S: Beef Jerky, 12 grapes D: 3 oz ham, some smashed potatos and some cauliflower S: some popcorn Water: 10 oz water, 45 oz Diet Coke Needed to get more water in...bakc on track today Sups: 2000 mg Calcium 2 tbsp liquid Multi w/ 1000 mg b12 included Exercise: moving the office (all day long) Take care and have a great day! Oh, girl, shoot! I was a little oinker yesterday! Well, actually, not too bad. I made good choices. You'll see what I mean: B- 3/4 cup (instead of 1/2 cup) Friendship Cottage Cheese 1 small banana L- 4 oz. lean veal cutlet 1 cup fresh cherries S- 1 pkg. (42 g) of Virginia Salted Peanuts D- 1.5 oz. ham 10 baby carrots (dipped in Marzetti's Bacon-Tomato ranch dip) S- 3 cups Orville Redenbacher Corn on the Cob popcorn 1/2 cup Edy's NSA Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream Fitday.com totals: 1115 calories, 54 g fat, 79 carbs, 82 g protein So, not the best eating day, but I can do better. And I will. I have to. I'm going to start running on Saturday. I'm training to run a 5K in May, so I need to watch what I put in my mouth. Hey, it's good to see you, Debra! Hi Everone! Best wishes for the New Year. I just visited the surgeon formy 3 month checkup and he was pleased with my weight loss so far- 72 lbs so far. Here's what I ate yesterday. B- 1 serving sf oatmeal amde with skim plus (extra protein) milk L - 1/2 whole wheat roll up with ham, cheese lettuce tomato and mayo D- Salad wth lite rasberry vinegrette, 4 bites of Pork chop, some fresh beets, bite of mashed potaoes, sf/ff bannana pudding with sf cool whip (made with skimplus milk) S- 12 pretzels wtih brie cheese Have a good one! Joyce 32 oz of water (it's hard to get more in) No supplements Exercise 30 minutes walking

Debra! Happy New Year! Hope you had a good holiday season. I sure am glad it's over, because I discovered how tolerant my little pouchie is and now I'm having trouble getting back on track. I've already put out a call to my nutritionist. It's scarey! Yesterday (no, no bad dog ) B: Oatmeal with milk and splenda S: 4 handfuls of raisins and mixed nuts L: Ham, collards, and blackeyed peas S:Coffee and a biscotti ( ) S: Sauteed chicken, baked potato (1/2) and a tiny piece of birthday cake ( ) Help!!! The carb monster has got its nasty little fingers entrenched in my soul! xoxo Amy

Amy, Yes I tested the waters myself and you are right, it is SCARY! but we are making forward progress so that is good. It takes time to re-learn all these good habbits so we need to give us time. I know that but like you it still scares me!!! Take care Debra P
