Hi Britt! My surgery was Nov 14th and I started taking the liquid womens multi 2x/day. I hated the taste and then went to Centrum chewables and recently found at Aldi's their generic brand of Flinstones 60ct for $1.99!!!!!! They are so yummy! Still need to take 2x/day. I have been since day one doing liquid calcium magnesium 2 Tbls per day. Do not take with your multi if your multi has iron; which most do. I also open a Biotin capsule of 500mg and sprinkle it on my TBls of calcium 1x/day. I was told that was fine to do by my doctor. I'm making sure I get all my protein in and I throw in that Biotin for extra protection against not loosing my hair. I am now at 219lbs and the day of surgery was at 256; started off the program @ 278. I was a size 24 and now 18 and 14/16 tops and some XL's in the Juniors dept!! I know I have not talked to you in awhile; but did send out mess's as you were out recovering, I hope all else is well! - Bren.

Britt, I was taking Centrum Chewables, 1 two times a day but just switch to a healthier brand that I got at my local health food store. They are liquid, I know we can swallow pills but I also know we are not able to absorb all we used to so I just like the idea of chewables or liquids. Also I take as Calcium: (citrate) Twinlab Chewable Citrate or Bariatric Advantage Chewables (Choc or Cinn flavor) or I have been sneaking in Viactiv even though that is really not the best calcium but I needed a change. I hope that helped some? Debra P
