i am happier now

i had my surgery two years ago on may 19, 2004 . i wasn,t happy at had no self esteem . i now have more confidence and more self esteem and smiling more then ever and i am able to talk to people with my head held up high . before my surgery i was at 324 went down to 318 and now 184 pounds gailwinship
