Hello all ~hugs~ What I had yesterday.....Bad eating day!! B: 1 hard boiled egg white......1 Achiev One protein drink, mixed with a strawberry Atkins Advantage protein drink 1 hr later (like what I had just was not enough!!) 1/2 egg, cheese and bacon on roll S: 1/2 donut L: 1 slice plain cheese pizza S: String cheese, 12 grapes.......Later the OTHER half of the donut!! D: 3 oz steak, 1 very small potato, asparagus (sp?) S: 1 sm orange, 1 pretzel rod Water: 50 oz water, 20 oz Diet Coke BAD, BAD day.....sometimes I just don't understand how I can eat SO MUCH!!! Sups: 2000 mg Calcium 1 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: moving the office (all day long) Take care and have a great day! Debra P

hi debra, here is what i had yesterday... B- 1 cup bran flakes, 1/2 cup skim milk L- 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 2 slices turkey breast meat, 1 egg white D- 1 slice homemade meatloaf, 1 small potato, few tablespoons mixed vegs. S- butter pop corn S- mini chedder rice cakes 180 crunches. didnt do my treadmill had a busy night. 20 oz coffee 120 oz water Anita

Hey Debra ya know ...don't worry about the BAD DAY... ok ? put that in back of your head and move forward ...forget about it we all need not to worry when these BAD days happen. Why ? because it is too stressful... just knowledge what you ate was wrong, you feel bad for a bit about eating it, you recoginzed what foods trigger your eating habits and you tackled it, meaning you got right back on the saddle, and started back with your daily routine and moved on... too stressful to think about was a bad eating day and have in your head and say to yourself..... umm.. hello Lizzy ?? why the heck did I just ate that ? lol you know what ? lol don't figure it all out.... just forget about it and leave it behind you!!!! hahaha Lol Ok .... lets see ... pre breakfast - coffee then after my workout.... i had- a protein drink For execrise - i lift weights -1/2 hour and then ran on the treadmil for 40 minutes. for breakfast - cottage cheese and a light multigrain english muffin (vitamins - all taken) iron pill - i will take about 3:00 pm. for a snack - apple for dinner - chicken wrap snack - a handfull of carrots have a super day hugsss Lizzy

I had a scarey Christmas party the other day in which I ate more at that party than I ususally do in an entire day. It's really the first time I've had that experience post op and it scared the bejesus out of me. So scared, that I got right back on track today: B: Rice cake with Peanut butter and 1/2 banana, S: raw veggies with dip L: 1/2 chicken wrap, more veggies S: fruit salad, a few pretzels D: salmon and brussel sprouts, some fruit salad 64 oz water, 16 oz decaf All vits, supps, etc 35 mintues treamill with weights xoxo Aim

It was a day, that's all I can say about that! Here's what I ate yesterday: B- 1 oz Sorrento Mild Provolone Stringster (love those!!) 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax L- 6 oz. Liberte Organic Raspberry Six Grain yogurt (not too impressed. AND to top it all off, I felt sick after eating it!) Quorn meatless Chik'n Patty (yum! Tore the breading off!) S- 8 oz. Breyers Light Blueberries & Cream yogurt D- Homemade Venison Stew (the nutrition info is not quite true for this since I substituted venison for beef, which is what the recipe called for) Fitday.com totals: 1051 calories, 36 grams fat, 129 carbs, and 59 grams protein. Not a terrible day, but not the best day. I LOVED the venison stew. It was the first time I've ever made something like that. It was very tasty. Jen Halliday
