Hello All ~hugs~
Things are just so busy right now with the physical work move yesterday and today, I got some awesome work out going between 3 floors all day long.
I was so tired by the time I left last night at 7:30pm that I could NOT walk up another flight of stairs!
More fun today so I figured I will post this since I am up early today.
What I had yesterday.....
B: 1 Achiev One protein drink, mixed with a strawberry Atkins Advantage protein drink, also had 1 tbs natural peanut butter and 1/2 slice to toast.
S: 1 string cheese, 12 grapes
L: 2 oz meatball with melted muzz on it, about 1/2 cup angel hair pasta
S: 4 oz carb control yogurt
D: 1 grilled cheese, 1 sl pickle
S: 1 sm orange, 1 pretzel rod
Water: 70 oz water, 20 oz Diet Coke
NOT such a great eating day.
Sups:
2000 mg Calcium
1 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: Up and down 3 flights of stairs moving the office (all day long)

You're up early! If you didn't have the kind of eating day you wanted, you certainly made it up with exercise! Go girl! Betcha couldn't have done that pre op!
Here's yesterday:
B: Unjury protein shake with 1/2 banana
S: veggies and ranch dip, a handful of pretzels
L: tunafish and matzoh, grapes
S: more veggies and dip, later on, some yogurt and banana, another handful of pretzels(darn those pretzels!)
D: scrambled egg, 1/4 bagel
All vits, supps, 48oz water, 12 oz decaf coffee, 1/2 hour on the treadmill
At work, there's always pretzels lying around. They will be the death of me!!! I bring raw veggies to snack on, but the pretzels call me like a sneaky friend. It's becoming a real problem!!!!

Well I am back. Since Thanksgiving I overate and snacked. so as of yesterday i am back to the swing of things and want to lose what i gained. i am now 179 pounds i was 175 pounds. so i am back to writing down everything and measuring my food and my treadmill and my crunches. i want to lose weight for january. i see my surgeon . last week they took pics of my hanging skin and measurements so i guess that day he will tell me how he is going to do the surgery. his scale said 181 pounds so i like to be at least 170 for his scale. let me know if i am not eating enough. i am not quite sure.
here is what i had yesterday...........
B- light strawberry- banana yogurt
L- 1/4 cup tuna , 1 T mayo,1 slicw white bread, 1/2 cup cottage cheese,1 egg white
D- 7 shrimp,1/3 cup mixed vegs, 1/4 cup stuffing,1 egg white
S- 1/2 cup s.f. jello
S- 9 mini chedder cheese rice cakes
20 oz coffee
20 oz crystal light ice tea
120 oz water
treadmill 30 minutes
15 min. @ mph was 2.0
15 min. @ mph was 2.5
1.12 distance
50.1 fat
160 calories
120 crunches

Sorry I haven't posted in a while...been busy trying to ready my life for retirement in about 6 weeks! Already got another job parttime and the paperwork for everything has been phenomenal!
B 1 egg with 1/2 c lite cottage cheese,
S cinnamon rice cake with 1 Tbs lite cream cheese
L 4 oz lite yogurt, Zone snack bar
S 4 peanut butter sandwiches (on 8 saltines)
D 1 c homemade veg soup with 1/2 oz turkey
S cinn rice cake with 1 Tbs lite cream cheese
just about 64 oz liquids for the day and all vitamins & supplements. Sat most of the day at new job orientation so exercise was walking to and from the parking lot and around the house.
Weight has stabilized at 119.5-120.5 but it's tough to stay away from the carbs these days. I've taken to turning on lots of lights in the evening and the compact flourescent bulbs are helping alot!

s-sugar free jello
D-Southwestern chicken pita pizza....(yum!) found this healthy recipe online, it was very tasty. Even the kids couldn't get enough.
